There is no formal examination at the end of each term. Students are graded on the basis of Continuous Assessment which includes four tests in Term I & four tests in Term II.
The Academic Session has been divided into two terms.
First Terms –January to June.
Second Terms – July to December
Each term includes one Class Test after the completion of a lesson.
The Academic Session is divided into two terms with two term end exams :
First Terms – January to June (60 marks)
Second Terms – July to December (60 marks)
Each term includes one Unit Test of 40 marks.
Note :- If any test day is declared a holiday, the test is taken on the next working day. Promotion to the next higher class depends on the child’s performance throughout the year. Students failing for consecutive years or twice in the same class is given a Transfer Certificate.
